What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Full HR Lifecycle Oversee talent acquisition, staffing, and workforce planning
- Direct onboarding, employee processing, and organizational integration
- Manage compensation, benefits, and job structure
- Lead training, coaching, and development initiatives across departments
- Elevate performance management processes and ensure accountability
- Drive Culture & Organizational Excellence Develop and strengthen company values across all subsidiaries
- Build systems that improve communication and leadership effectiveness
- Support managers with guidance, coaching, and decision-making
- Create an environment where engagement, retention, and growth thrive
- Own HR Compliance & Policy Maintain AA/EEO compliance, labor law adherence, and regulatory reporting
- Investigate issues with precision, confidentiality, and fairness
- Update, enforce, and communicate policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Ensure workplace safety, record-keeping accuracy, and HR data integrity
- Partner with Leadership Provide strategic HR counsel to executives and department heads
- Work directly with our PEO to synchronize payroll, benefits, and HR operations
- Develop HR metrics, reporting, and systems that enable informed decision-making
- Shape long-term HR strategy that aligns with organizational growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to execute recruiting strategy and manage candidate pipelines
- Experience supporting managers in performance, leadership, and employee relations
- Strong consulting ability — capable of influencing at all levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure processes and scale workflows
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience working with PEOs and HRIS systems preferred
