Responsibilities:

Sterilize and disinfect orthodontic instruments and equipment according to OSHA and CDC guidelines

Maintain organization and cleanliness of sterilization and clinical areas

Monitor and log sterilization cycles and equipment performance

Assist clinical staff with instrument setup and breakdown

Ensure proper handling and disposal of biohazard materials

Maintain inventory of sterilization supplies

Qualifications:

Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)

Knowledge of infection control procedures is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
