About the Role:
We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator / Bookkeeper to join our team in the Phoenix area. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on routine, is efficient and organized, and is looking to grow their skills in bookkeeping and administrative compliance.
This role has flexibility in schedule, with the job to start at 15-20 hours per week, during normal business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm). This position is WFH flexible, but occasional in person meetings and training will be necessary
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily accounts receivable tasks, including generating and sending invoices
Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances
Support compliance documentation, ensuring client records, inspection reports, and certifications are updated accurately
Assist with scheduling inspections and service calls
Interact with customers via phone and email with professionalism and clarity
Repeat and double-check daily administrative processes to ensure accuracy
Contribute to a team culture built on reliability, consistency, and customer care
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfort with repetitive tasks and the ability to maintain focus
Basic bookkeeping knowledge and/or experience with invoicing and accounts receivable
Experience with Jobber, FormLinks, Monday.com, and Quickbooks online preferred, but not required)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and ask questions when unsure
Experience in compliance, office administration, or a service-based business is helpful but not required
