The TDIP Assistant Project Manager (MEPF) manages the technical scope, cost, schedule, and performance of MEPF systems and building infrastructure throughout design and construction.
This role ensures the development and implementation of design coordination, installation, and turnover plans, while proactively managing risks associated with MEPF system installation, startup, and operational impacts to existing facilities.

Experience with system integration (BAS, power, HVAC, life safety, controls)
Ability to develop performance metrics and executive reporting indicators
Experience coordinating with operations and maintenance teams
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams (designers, contractors, operators, etc.)
Essential Job Duties
Serve as primary technical liaison for MEPF systems
Manage MEPF design scope and ensure alignment with operational requirements
Lead procurement and technical evaluation of consultants, contractors, and vendors
Oversee installation, testing, startup, and commissioning activities
Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resource plans
Coordinate with stakeholders to minimize operational disruptions
Identify and resolve technical, constructability, and integration challenges
Conduct field investigations and infrastructure assessments
Maintain documentation for design criteria, submittals, testing, and commissioning records
Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and technical change proposals
