Now Hiring: Chairside Dental Assistant (No Experience Required – We’ll Train the Right Person!)

Dental experience is a big plus—but not required. We’re committed to training the right candidate.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Assist the dentist during procedures

  • Prepare and sterilize instruments

  • Set up treatment rooms before procedures

  • Break down and disinfect rooms after patients

  • Take dental X-rays (training provided if needed)

  • Record patient medical histories and chart notes

  • Ensure patient comfort throughout procedures

  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and aftercare

  • Manage infection control protocols

  • Maintain inventory of dental supplies

  • Prepare materials for fillings, impressions, etc.

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments

  • Handle patient intake and paperwork

  • Support front office when needed

  • Maintain accurate patient records

  • Follow OSHA and safety guidelines

  • Assist with lab case preparation and tracking

  • Communicate clearly with team members and patients

  • Help maintain a clean, organized office environment

  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
