Apartment & Office Maintenance Technician
Full-Time | Owensboro, KY Area | $18–$25/hr + After-Hours Premium

We’re now looking for dependable, skilled Maintenance Technicians who take pride in their work and want to join a professional, well-supported team.
What You’ll Do:
Handle general maintenance tasks: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliance installs, lock changes, etc.
Complete service requests quickly and professionally.
Perform occasional cleaning or turnover prep (bonus if you have janitorial experience).
Provide after-hours emergency call-outs (paid at double time).
Use company-provided tools, materials, and work order system to complete jobs.

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years experience in property maintenance, handyman work, or skilled trades.
Solid skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Professional appearance and communication skills (we provide uniforms).
Able to pass background check.
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
HVAC certification (EPA 608)
Mold remediation experience
Janitorial/cleaning services background
Apartment maintenance certification (CAMT)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
After-hours call rotation with premium pay
