About the Role
We are seeking reliable, hands-on individuals to join our trenchless pipe lining team as Installation Technicians. The Installation Technician plays a key role on our trenchless pipe lining crew, supporting the setup and execution of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation projects. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined candidates who enjoy physical work, want to learn a skilled trade, and are motivated by long-term career growth. You'll work alongside experienced technicians on trenchless rehabilitation projects that make a real difference in local communities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and organization
Operate or assist with hand tools, power tools, and specialized CIPP equipment
Support the installation and curing of trenchless liners (CIPP)
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Follow company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
Communicate effectively with crew members to coordinate daily tasks
Complete basic documentation (e.g., material usage logs, job notes) as directed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
6+ months of experience in construction, utilities, or other field-based work preferred
Ability to lift 70+ lbs and work in confined spaces and variable outdoor conditions
Familiarity with basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment operation
Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Ability to travel to job sites as needed (including occasional overnight stays)
