HR Generalist

We’re a fast-growing trenchless pipe rehabilitation company with a team of dedicated technicians and project managers delivering high-quality solutions to both residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal clients. To keep our team strong, we’re looking for an HR Generalist who can take charge of recruiting, employee development, and performance management — helping our people thrive while supporting company growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: job postings, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.

• Partner with leadership to run employee reviews, goal-setting, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).

• Ensure compliance with HR policies.

• Maintain accurate employee records, benefits enrollment, and HR files.

• Be a trusted resource for employees — answering HR questions and fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Support training and development programs for technicians, field staff, and office employees.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4+ years of experience in human resources or recruiting (construction or skilled trades experience a plus).

• Strong knowledge of HR practices: hiring, performance management, compliance.

• Excellent communication and people skills — approachable, professional, and solution-oriented.

• Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with HR software or ATS systems (preferred but not required).
