Position Overview

As a Client Engagement Representative (CER), you’ll be on the front lines of customer communication — handling inbound inquiries, booking appointments, and re-engaging past clients to generate new business. This role is part Customer Service, part Business Development, and all about relationship-building, results, and opportunity.


What You’ll Do

Inbound Service Support

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency

  • Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions based on their service goals

  • Build strong, trusting relationships through open and clear communication

  • Use internal systems to provide accurate information and document all interactions

  • Achieve performance targets, including sales goals, appointment bookings, and call handling metrics

  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer satisfaction

  • Adapt to changing customer demands and priorities quickly and effectively

Outbound Business Development

  • Conduct outreach to past clients from our 100,000+ customer database

  • Cold call and follow up with leads to generate new appointments and service opportunities

  • Schedule qualified appointments for our field or sales team

  • Track interactions and outcomes in our CRM system

Collaboration & Follow-Through

  • Work closely with field operations, sales, and marketing

  • Support smooth handoffs and consistent customer experiences

  • Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement



Who You Are

✅ Excellent communicator – verbal, written, and over the phone ✅ Comfortable with high call volumes and outbound prospecting ✅ Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through ✅ Motivated by goals and performance incentives ✅ Previous experience in customer service, BDC/BDR, or sales is a plus
