Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Office Manager who will oversee the operations of our regional office and support facility in the Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) industry. The Regional Office Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, controlling inventory, coordinating with the corporate office, and ensuring that all projects are properly scheduled and supported with the necessary materials and equipment. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth and efficient facility operations while meeting company performance and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple trenchless pipe repair projects across the region.

  • Manage and support field crews, ensuring proper staffing, training, and performance.

  • Monitor project progress, addressing issues promptly to maintain schedules and budgets.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and allocation to maximize efficiency.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost control.

  • Collaborate with project managers and leadership to forecast resource needs and project requirements.

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues.

  • Prepare and present performance reports and operational updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or trenchless technology operations.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing field crews and project teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Knowledge of trenchless pipe repair methods and equipment preferred.

  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and operational best practices.

  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
