Canton Smile Studio is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our thriving, relationship-centered boutique practice in the heart of Baltimore’s vibrant Canton neighborhood.

We are a fee-for-service / PPO-driven private practice focused on comprehensive dentistry, elevated patient care, and leading-edge technology. We blend high-level clinical care with genuine hospitality and a strong, positive team culture. In our office you well get:

• Comprehensive dentistry with opportunities in:
  • Invisalign/clear aligner therapy (some level of experience preferred, but we will get the right candidate certified!)
  • Restorative Dentistry 
  • Implant Dentistry (training/experience welcomed) 
  • Digital Smile Design, digital workflows
  • Comprehensive treatment planning
  • Technology you’ll love: CBCT / 3D imaging, intraoral photography,  iTero scanners, AI-assisted diagnostics

We’re seeking a doctor who is passionate about comprehensive patient care, who is warm, confident, and relationship-driven, growth-minded and coachable, a team player, has strong ethics, and a desire to contribute our positive, fun culture!

1 year of residency or 2 years of clinical experience are required for this position; must be licensed in Maryland
