Aktiv Insight is excited to announce a new position in our dynamic customer service team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated staff. This full-time position entails working closely with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and foster loyalty while enhancing our brand’s reputation. Located at our central office, this position is not remote and will require the candidate to work on-site during standard business hours.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in handling customer inquiries and resolving service issues with efficiency and empathy. Ensuring a seamless customer experience is pivotal in this role, as you help strengthen customer relationships with Aktiv Insight. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound calls and assisting customers with their inquiries related to company equipment, sales, and service issues.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to clients by using the right tools and resources.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Processing customer requests and updating account information in the database system efficiently.
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication with customers.
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents as needed.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to maximize sales efficiency and meet overall sales targets.
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers, including following up on customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices along with the ability to type while communicating with customers.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma; higher education degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus to cater to a diverse clientele.
  • Capability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
