Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone, email, or in person.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Respond effectively to customer complaints, issuing refunds or adjustments as needed.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers accurately and based on company protocols.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to help implement improvements company-wide.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Stay updated on product information and company policies to handle customer questions and issues effectively.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
- Handle changes in policies or renewals.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a courteous manner at all times.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation due to the non-remote nature of the job.
- Ability to address and escalate customer needs effectively.
- Attention to detail and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
