Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to approach potential customers and establish business relationships
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Maintain and develop client relations for future opportunities and repeat business
- Participate in conferences, shows, and exhibitions as required
- Achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts
- Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
Requirements
- Experience in sale or customer service is a plus but not required
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Proficiency in English
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques is a plus but not required
- Fast learner with a passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
