REQUIRED: Due to the

Position Summary:
The Order Management Specialist manages the day‑to‑day
administrative flow of customer orders from receipt through shipment. This role
is responsible for timely and accurate order entry, order acknowledgment, PO
and delivery‑date tracking, order‑status research, shipment
coordination, and maintaining complete and accurate order information. The
specialist works closely with Program Management, Planning, Operations, and
Shipping to resolve routine order issues and ensures customer commitments are
met. Escalates disputes, significant delivery issues, or risk to customer
commitments to the Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, acknowledge, and maintain customer orders
with a high degree of accuracy.
- Monitor purchase orders and track delivery dates
to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Research and resolve routine order‑status
questions and issues.
- Coordinate with Planning, Operations, and
Shipping to support on time delivery.
- Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate order
information across all systems.
- Communicate order updates to internal teams as
required.
- Escalate customer disputes, significant delivery
problems, or risks to commitments to the Program Manager.
- Support continuous improvement of order‑management
processes.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in order management,
customer service, supply chain administration, or a related operational support
role.
- Strong attention to detail with a proven track
record of accurate data entry and record maintenance.
- Solid understanding of order‑processing
workflows from order receipt through shipment.
- Experience working with ERP or order‑management
systems; familiarity with platforms such as Syteline, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or
similar is a plus.
- Ability to interpret purchase orders, delivery
schedules, and basic contractual requirements.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability
to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Effective verbal and written communication
skills for collaborating with internal cross‑functional teams and providing
clear order updates.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability
to research issues, identify root causes, and follow through on resolutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced
environment with changing priorities.
- Proficiency with standard office software
(Excel, Outlook, Word); ability to maintain tracking logs and performance
summaries.
- Customer‑service orientation and a
commitment to supporting on‑time and accurate order
fulfillment.
- Ability to escalate appropriately and recognize
when an issue requires Program Manager intervention.

systems, order platforms, and spreadsheets to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date
information.
- Accountability: Takes ownership of order
accuracy, follow‑through, and escalation when commitments are at risk.
- Professional Judgment: Recognizes when issues
exceed routine scope and require Program Manager involvement.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability
to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods
when working at a computer.
- Ability
to move throughout the production floor to observe workflow and communicate
with production teams.
- Ability
to occasionally lift or move materials, documents, or small components up to
approximately 25 pounds.
- Ability
to work safely in a manufacturing environment with noise, machine activity, and
required PPE.
- Ability
to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and via electronic
communication.
- Ability
to review printed and digital documents with or without corrective lenses.
- Ability
to perform fine-motor tasks such as handling documents and entering data.
- Ability
to meet attendance and punctuality expectations required for coordinating
production schedules.
