Entry Level Manufacturing Positions

(Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing setting)

Location: 3617 E La Salle St, Phoenix, AZ 85040

Shift: Full time, Day shift (Monday - Friday)

Hourly Pay: $16-18 per hour  Paid training provided!  

Several available positions:  

• Warehouse waterspider
• Hand Finisher (deburr)
• Parts Washer
• Tumbler Operator

These entry-level roles offers a paid-on-the-job training pathway into the high-precision world of manufacturing. We are seeking a motivated individual with a natural mechanical aptitude and who enjoys working with their hands and understanding how things work.

Responsibilities:

• No experience necessary
• Must be willing to learn
• Must be willing to wear PPE (shoes, hearing protection, eye protection, etc)

Requirements:

• Attention to Detail
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, stoop, squat, and/or walk the majority of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
• Excellent attendance, Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to follow instructions
• Requires the use of fine motor skills (hands)
• Position requires frequent exposure to loud noise (hearing protection required)
