2nd Shift (2:15pm – 12:45am, Mon-Thu) *20%night shift differential pay*
Location: 1515 W. 17th St., Tempe, AZ

Position Summary
CMI Group – Systems 3 is seeking a skilled Precision Deburr & Hand Finishing Technician to perform precision deburring, edge breaking, surface finishing, and cosmetic blending on complex aerospace machined components.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring components meet stringent customer, engineering, and quality requirements before inspection and shipment. The successful candidate will use precision hand tools, pneumatic and electric deburring equipment, abrasives, and micro-blasting equipment to remove burrs while protecting critical dimensions, surface finishes, and geometric features.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in craftsmanship, and understands that precision finishing is a critical manufacturing process; not simply cosmetic work. You recognize how proper deburring contributes to product performance, inspection acceptance, and customer satisfaction.
