Shift: Day shift, full time

Hourly pay range: $17-18/hour

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.

This Entry-Level Straighter role is the perfect launchpad for a long-term career in manufacturing. We provide paid training, making this an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual with a natural mechanical aptitude and a "how-it-works" mindset to get their foot in the door.  This position serves as a starting point within our facility, designed for someone with a strong desire to master the fundamentals and advance into other roles across the shop floor.

• Candidate will learn how to use tools and gages to straighten machined parts and bar stock
• Responsible for reading work instructions and performing tasks accordingly
• Responsible for documenting results, written and digitally

Requirements:

• Desire to learn a new skill in manufacturing
• Ability to clearly communicate with supervisors, verbally and written
• Attention to detail
• Able to read basic blue prints
• Minimum High School Diploma or trade school
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to sit or stand up to 10 hours per day
