ERP Business Analyst
On-Site Location: CMI Group, 3617 E La Salle St, Phoenix, AZ 85040 (This is an in-person, on-site position)

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business users for all ERP-related changes and updates.
- Coordinate change management activities for the Infor Syteline ERP, Infor Factory Track, Nimbello AP Automation, and related integrations.
- Develop, maintain, and organize business process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
- Plan and deliver end-user training sessions and materials to support ERP adoption and process consistency.
- Track, test, and validate ERP system changes prior to deployment to ensure functionality and data integrity.
- Communicate system changes and enhancements across departments in clear, non-technical language.
- Partner with department leads to analyze workflow gaps, gather requirements, and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain a central repository of documentation and release notes for all ERP modifications.
- Support troubleshooting and triage of ERP-related user issues; escalate technical problems to the IT development team as needed.
- Optionally assist with basic ERP administrative functions such as user permissions and setup.
Working Conditions:
Primarily in an office environment, on-site in Phoenix, AZ
Desired Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment; Infor Syteline experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, and accounting processes.
- Proven experience documenting business processes and creating user training materials.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with SQL, ERP administration, or system integrations is a plus.
- Experience with structured change management methodologies preferred but not required.
