Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations, including staffing, patient scheduling, and inventory management.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to increase practice efficiency and profitability.
- Lead financial management functions such as budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, insurance protocols, and patient care standards.
- Manage patient relationships and ensure excellent service at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with the dental team to streamline workflows and improve patient experiences.
- Handle HR-related tasks such as recruitment, training, performance reviews, and employee development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (preferred).
- Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in dental office management or a similar healthcare management role.
- Strong understanding of dental practice operations, including scheduling, billing, insurance, and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams with confidence.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Operational familiarity with Dentrix and/or Open Dental practice management system.
