Outside Sales Representative  – Base + Commission

Ready to get paid for your hustle and build a real sales career?We’re hiring an energetic, self-motivated Outside Sales Rep to join our Wichita team. This role is 70% commercial storefront (B2B) and 30% residential—focused on building recurring storefront accounts while helping keep our crews booked with residential estimates and follow-up.

What You’ll Do

• Storefront (70%): prospect and close new business through door-to-door visits, calls, and networking
• Walk into 40–50 businesses per day (route-based prospecting)
• Residential (30%): follow up with inbound leads and canvass near job sites to book work
• Use proven scripts (and your personality) to pitch, quote, follow up, and close new accounts
• Organize your pipeline in our CRM (training provided) and complete daily activity tracking
• Represent the Squeegee Squad brand with professionalism and energy

What We Offer

• $18/hr base pay (review after 90 days)
• Uncapped commission & bonuses — earn more as you sell more
• First-year earnings: $45,000–$55,000+ typical; top reps earn $60,000+

What It Takes

• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable with rejection
• Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-up
• Willing to wear a uniform and represent our brand with pride
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with reliable transportation
• Tech-savvy (smartphone, basic apps)
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US

Bonus points if you have:

• Sales, canvassing, route sales, or customer service experience
• CRM or sales software experience
• A desire to build a career in sales or management
