We’re looking for an energetic, self-motivated Sales & Business Development Rep to join our Wichita team—serving both residential and commercial storefront clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and close new business through door-to-door visits, calls, and networking
• Walk into 40–50 businesses per day, plus residential canvassing near job sites
• Use proven scripts and your own personality to pitch, quote, and close new accounts
• Organize your pipeline in our CRM (training provided)
• Represent the Squeegee Squad brand with professionalism and energy

What We Offer:

• $18/hr base pay (review after 90 days)
• Uncapped commission & bonuses—earn more as you sell more!
• First-year earnings: $45,000–$55,000+ typical; top reps earn $60,000+

What It Takes:

• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable with rejection
• Organized, reliable, and hungry to learn
• Willing to wear a uniform and represent our brand with pride
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with reliable transportation
• Tech-savvy (smartphone, basic apps)
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US

Bonus points if you have:

• Sales, canvassing, or customer service experience
• CRM or sales software experience
• A desire to build a career in sales or management
