Job Description: Seasonal Exterior Cleaning Technician

Location: Wichita, KS

Squeegee Squad of Wichita is seeking a Seasonal Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team for the upcoming busy season. This position offers 25–35 hours per week, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance. Some Saturdays may be required to meet business needs. This role is not remote and requires on-site work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior cleaning services including window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and related tasks.
• Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction with each job.
• Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team members.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized.
• Adhere to schedules and deadlines for assigned tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in exterior cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work Saturdays when needed and flexible hours.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
