Squeegee Squad of Wichita is currently seeking a Full-Time Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position is not a remote job.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior cleaning services including window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and more
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction on every job
• Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Follow company safety protocols and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to schedules and deadlines
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in exterior cleaning or related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
