The Opportunity

Full-time or part-time schedules available — we’ll build around what works for you
Practice the full scope of pediatric dentistry — no “check-ups only” days
Strong, steady patient flow with front office and dental assistant support so you can focus on the kids

What You Will Do

Comprehensive exams, cleanings, fluoride, and sealants
Oral conscious sedation, plus nitrous oxide
Restorative: composites, stainless steel crowns, zirconia crowns, strip crowns
Pulp therapy: pulpotomies and pulpectomies
Extractions, including surgical extractions
Space maintainers
Trauma and emergency care
Patients with special healthcare needs
Collaborating with our orthodontic team on growth and development
Coordinating complex cases with our IV sedation and general anesthesia providers
Building trust with parents through clear, warm treatment conversations

What We’re Looking For

DDS or DMD degree
Active Arizona dental license (or eligible to obtain)
Arizona Oral Conscious Sedation permit, or willing to obtain
Board-certified or board-eligible pediatric specialist strongly preferred
General dentists with strong pediatric experience encouraged to apply
Confident with a broad range of procedures — the more you can do in-house, the better
Experience with AHCCCS/Medicaid patients
Calm, patient, kid-friendly chairside manner
Team player who leads by example
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
