DENTAL ASSISTANT

This is an immediate opening for a full-time, experienced dental assistant. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in a wide variety of procedures with a quality dentist who provides exception care to every patient (cosmetic, implants, oral surgery, C&B, RCTs)
• Support the success of the entire team to ensure a great patient experience every time
• Maintain patient records (x-rays, CBT scans, iTero scans, intraoral photos, etc.) and clinical documentation
• Implement high level of infection control 
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following all dental treatment procedures
• Educate patients on recommended treatment and appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health
• Communicate with labs as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and patients

REQUIREMENTS:

• X-Ray certification in Arizona
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Dentrix experience is a plus
