Revenue Cycle Specialist – Client-Facing & Growth-Oriented

 We are a growing Revenue Cycle Management team supporting dental practices across Arizona. We are seeking a seasoned dental AR professional who understands that billing is not just about processing claims; it is about protecting revenue, supporting clients, and helping practices grow.

 This is a remote position, but not an isolated one. You will communicate daily with client offices and must be comfortable building professional relationships through phone and email. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the financial health of multiple dental practices, and is ideal for someone who:

• Thinks beyond task completion and understands the “why” behind AR • Is energized by helping practices improve collections and financial clarity • Can manage workload fluctuations as clients transition in and out • Stays steady and solutions-focused during high-volume periods • Takes ownership of results without needing constant direction

 Responsibilities

• Manage the full AR cycle for assigned client practices • Submit claims accurately and proactively reduce denials • Follow up on unpaid claims and manage appeals • Post insurance payments and reconcile accounts • Review and maintain accurate ledgers • Send patient statements following structured billing cycles • Prepare and review monthly AR performance reports • Support credentialing and onboarding of new client practices • Communicate directly with client teams regarding AR performance and opportunities

 Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years dental AR and insurance billing experience • Minimum 5 years remote work experience with strong productivity • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to explain AR trends and findings clearly to clients • Experience with Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Softdent or similar PMS • Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office • Arizona residency required
