We’re hiring a Lead Technician who wants to grow. This isn’t just a job — it’s a path. The right person will move from running job sites to leading crews to potentially helping run this business.
This is a hands-on, in-person role based in Windsor, ON. You’ll be on the tools every day — and leading the standard while you’re at it.
$23–$35/hr based on performance and experience
Upsell bonuses paid — top performers earn strong money
Customer tips on top
40–50 hours/week during peak season (March–November)
Built-in downtime: December light schedule, January Christmas light takedown, February slow pace
Company-provided apparel and equipment
Operate pressure washing and exterior cleaning equipment to the company standard
Run job sites independently or lead up to 2 technicians
Manage each project from setup to completion
Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site
Complete job checklists and documentation
Protect and maintain trucks, tools, and equipment
Identify upsell opportunities (bonuses paid)
Train and mentor new hires as the team grows
Maintain and uphold five-star quality standards
Think like an owner — solve problems without waiting for direction
Be a reliable point of contact for the crew and the customer
Experience in pressure washing, construction, landscaping, or trades is helpful — but mindset matters more. You’re a fit if:
You take responsibility without being chased
You’re physically fit and comfortable working at heights
You’re good with people and can read a room
You care about doing things right the first time
You want more than a short-term job
Full Class G driver’s licence (clean record)
Physically capable of outdoor work in varying conditions
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working at heights
Working at Heights certification (or willing to obtain — we’ll support this)
