What This Role Does
- Manage communication with existing clients
- Oversee end-to-end renewal processing
- Issue renewal documentation timely and accurately
- Reconcile surety company renewal statements
- Apply payments and manage agency bill records
- Maintain spreadsheets and internal system data
- Interface with surety company partners
- Manage multi-month renewal pipelines
What We’re Looking For
- Prior office, insurance, finance, or banking experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers and reconciliation
- Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume environment
Surety experience is not required. We train the right person.
