Bonding Solutions is looking to add a team member to assist with new business production.  This position will assist with new client servicing and new account production. The person applying for this position will need to be comfortable with incoming new client communications and be motivated to meet production growth goals. You will be key in assisting new clients in determining, issuing, and purchasing the surety bond they require. 

Note that this is a W2 salary position. Not commission only.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients via phone, email, and text.
• Manage sales pipeline
• Manage incoming agency leads.
• Bond rating and issuance.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience
• Manage pipeline through consistent follow-up and timely responses
• Comfortable in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to multitask
• Comfortable with computer systems
