We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative for both personal and commercial lines to join our team. This role is focused on supporting clients with their policy needs, handling service requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have prior independent agency experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide post-sales support to existing customers, addressing service-related issues promptly and professionally.

•Manage customer policies, including renewals, cancellations, and binding new coverages (if licensed).

•Handle administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate records.

•Communicate clearly with customers via phone and email to resolve concerns and answer questions.

Qualifications

•Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

•Current insurance license preferred but not required; unlicensed hires must be willing to pursue licensure.

•Comfortable working both remotely and in-office as required by the schedule.

•Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
