Account Manager - Insurance

Salary Range:  $50000 - $60000 year

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Florida Account Manager to join our team. This role is focused on supporting clients with their policy needs, handling service requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Candidates do not have to live in Florida but must hold an active Florida 220 license. The ideal candidate will have prior independent agency experience and must hold:

  • Active 220 license (Required)

. The role is primarily supporting personal lines, but small commercial lines experience is also a requirement for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate client records and efficiently process policy changes, endorsements, and documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries regarding policies, coverages, billing, and claims.
  • Analyze renewal and expiration reports to identify and act on retention opportunities.
  • Assist clients with quotes, coverage explanations, and policy options.
  • Collaborate with producers and account managers to ensure seamless client support.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency procedures.

Qualifications

  • Active 220 license (Required).
  • 2+ years of experience in an independent agency.
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance.
  • Small commercial lines experience.
  • Familiar with Citizen Insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
