About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is focused on supporting clients with their policy needs, handling service requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have prior independent agency experience and must hold an active Florida Insurance License (4-40 or higher).
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate client records and efficiently process policy changes, endorsements, and documentation.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries regarding policies, coverages, billing, and claims.
Analyze renewal and expiration reports to identify and act on retention opportunities.
Assist clients with quotes, coverage explanations, and policy options.
Collaborate with producers and account managers to ensure seamless client support.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency procedures.
Qualifications
Active Florida Insurance License (4-40 or higher) required.
2+ years of experience in an independent agency.
Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
