Salary Range:  $42000 - $48000 year

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is focused on supporting clients with their policy needs, handling service requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have prior independent agency experience and must hold an active Florida Insurance License (4-40 or higher).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate client records and efficiently process policy changes, endorsements, and documentation.

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries regarding policies, coverages, billing, and claims.

  • Analyze renewal and expiration reports to identify and act on retention opportunities.

  • Assist clients with quotes, coverage explanations, and policy options.

  • Collaborate with producers and account managers to ensure seamless client support.

  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency procedures.

Qualifications

  • Active Florida Insurance License (4-40 or higher) required.

  • 2+ years of experience in an independent agency.

  • Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines insurance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
