Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately into our CRM to support our sales team's efforts.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure thorough follow-ups and resolve queries promptly.
- Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any incompatibilities if possible.
- Scan documents and print files, when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
- Verify data and prepare materials for printing and publication.
- Respond to information requests from authorized members.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
- Stay updated with technological advances and accounting software to be used for data entry.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Engage in daily data entry tasks and ensure standardized data entry procedures are followed.
- Participate in scheduled meetings and training sessions to better understand company protocols and software updates.
- Communicate regularly with remote team members and management to ensure consistency and accuracy in data handling.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
- Basic understanding of databases.
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- High school degree or equivalent; further education or certification in office administration or relevant fields is preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Internet savvy and knowledge of remote collaboration tools.
