Peak Nutrition is a growing supplement retail chain focused on providing high-quality, retail-exclusive products and exceptional customer service. With NASM-certified staff and a commitment to building long-term relationships with our customers, we’re not just selling supplements — we’re raising the standard for what a health and wellness store should be.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who is strategic, hands-on, and passionate about health, fitness, and community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small business environment where creativity, adaptability, and relationship-building are key.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals (awareness, sales growth, retention).

    • Lead brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all platforms and locations.

    • Collaborate with ownership and store managers to align marketing with customer needs and sales objectives.

  • Digital Marketing & Community Engagement

    • Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest).

    • Oversee paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and SEO efforts.

  • Content & Creative Development

    • Direct creation of marketing assets (videos, photos, graphics, in-store signage, print material).

    • Develop engaging campaigns that highlight product exclusivity, employee expertise, and customer success stories.

    • Manage brand voice to reflect our “friendly, trustworthy, local” values.

  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Track marketing performance and provide monthly reports on ROI, customer engagement, and sales impact.

    • Use data to refine strategies and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Team Development

    • Manage, mentor, and grow a small marketing team (including contractors, agencies, or interns as needed).

    • Train employees on marketing best practices to ensure consistency across stores.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required).

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, supplements, fitness, or health/wellness.

  • Strong digital marketing background, including social media management, email marketing, and paid ads.

  • Excellent communication skills with a creative and community-focused mindset.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced small business environment with limited resources.

  • Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, or Zoho Inventory a plus.
