Executive Assistant to the CEO

Scottsdale, AZ 85254 • Administrative • Part-Time

Salary Range:  $30000 - $35000 year

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This is a pivotal role that ensures the CEO can focus on strategic priorities by handling day-to-day operational tasks, managing communications, and acting as a key liaison both internally and externally. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with exceptional time management, discretion, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and track follow-up items

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

  • Assist in drafting emails, presentations, reports, and other executive communications

  • Coordinate and support special projects, events, and strategic initiatives

  • Help manage personal tasks and errands that support the CEO’s overall efficiency

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and/or Microsoft Office

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and exercise sound judgment

Preferred:

  • Experience working directly with C-level executives

  • Background in startups, health/wellness, tech, or similar industries
