Peak Nutrition is a locally owned supplement store known for helping customers reach their health and fitness goals through expert guidance, In Body scans, and premium products. We’re expanding into peptide therapy to offer even more effective wellness solutions.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Arizona to provide part-time medical oversight for our peptide therapy program. This is a low-commitment, flexible role ideal for someone interested in expanding their clinical impact in the wellness space without a heavy workload.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide medical oversight for our peptide program (e.g., semaglutide, BPC-157, etc.)

  • Sign off on patient protocols and ensure compliance with state guidelines

  • Occasionally consult with clients (telehealth preferred, optional in-person)

  • Maintain valid licensure and DEA (for prescribing peptides if needed)

  • Collaborate with our team to ensure safe and ethical use of peptide therapies


What We’re Looking For:


  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona (FNP preferred)

  • Prescriptive authority and DEA registration (or willing to obtain)

  • Interest in functional medicine, wellness, or weight loss

  • Reliable, communicative, and comfortable with a flexible/remote setup

  • Willing to be listed on paperwork and provide compliance support


Compensation:


  • Monthly retainer (starting at $500–$1,000/month depending on scope)

  • Opportunity for performance bonuses or revenue share
