Modern Warrior Influencer Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Warrior Marketing Manager to join our team at Modern Warrior. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns, managing brand messaging, and driving customer engagement. You will lead marketing initiatives that fuel business growth, ensuring alignment with company goals and empowering our community of high performers.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development: Create and manage marketing campaigns focused on measurable outcomes and resonating with our target audience of entrepreneurs, athletes, and high achievers.
Brand Management: Oversee the development and consistency of Modern Warrior’s brand messaging as 'The Mental Performance Company' across all channels.
Customer Engagement: Implement strategies to boost customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction, fostering meaningful brand interactions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative teams, to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing performance data to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least two years in a management role
Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
Expertise in SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies
Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B marketing or health and wellness sectors
Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies
Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies
