JOB DESCRIPTION:
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to help homeowners choose the best HVAC solutions for comfort, safety, and efficiency. If you’re driven, great with people, and ready to grow your career, this role is for you.
You must have:
Excellent communication skills
At least 2 years of successful sales experience (HVAC experience not required). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent closing skills A positive, coachable, and driven attitude Willingness to work flexible hours
A current and valid AZ Driver’s License
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct in-home consultations: Evaluate homeowner needs, perform assessments, and discuss solutions
