Job Description:
This job position seeks a motivated, driven individual who desires to work in a sales-free, ethical company which

Job Requirements:
Successfully complete Employee Introductory period, beginning on date of hire and ending Sixty (60) days after.
Introductory Period consists of the following:
Attending all work shifts in a timely manner and zero days of absenteeism
Demonstrating capabilities in the field
Perform proper routine maintenance check-ups
Ongoing training in the following areas:
How to explain completed service to customers and write up invoices properly
How to order and pick up parts from supply houses
How to use hand tools and HVAC tools properly
Learning the trade names of various HVAC tools, parts, and materials
How to properly stock work vehicle with supplies and keep organized
How to properly diagnose and repair compressors, TXV's, reversing valves, freon leaks, run capacitors, fan
relays, contactors, fan blades, blower wheels, control boards, blower motors, condenser fan motors,
evaporator coils, condenser coils, thermostats, simple wiring problems, condensation lines on residential
and light commercial HVAC equipment
Employee Benefits and Compensation:
After sixty (60) days of employment, employee will be eligible for enrollment for health insurance and 401K
Employee will receive 1 day of paid time off for birthday
Employee will receive 10 paid Holidays
Upon completing six (6) months of employment, employee will receive 5 days of paid vacation
Upon completing one (1) year of employment, employee will receive additional 5 days of paid vacation.
Upon completing (1) year of employment, employee will be eligible for 3 paid days off for their birthday
Bonuses will be given at employer’s discretion.
Every six (6) months of employment, employee will receive a review and be eligible for an increase in wages.
Employee Tools/Supplies:
Employee is responsible for providing basic hand tools of the trade. To ensure Employee success, the Company will
purchase the needed hand tools for Employee, and will deduct the cost from Employee’s paycheck. The amount
deducted may not exceed $1200 in total and will be spread across several pay periods. These tools remain
Employee’s possessions. Employer will provide ladder, recovery machine, vacuum pump, micron gauge, scale,
recovery tank, freon, nitrogen tank and gauge, oxy/acetylene torch.
Employee will be provided with a work vehicle upon completion of training, as determined by employer. Employer is
responsible for automotive insurance coverage on the vehicle. Employee will be responsible for any traffic violation
fines which may occur while the vehicle is in employee’s possession and/or usage. Employer will be responsible for
vehicle maintenance and fuel.
Upon completion of training as determined by employer, cell phone may be provided for employee, with unlimited
minutes and text capabilities.
