About Us: Cactus Corn is an Arizona-based premium popcorn brand on a mission to become an iconic Arizona favorite. We partner with major sports teams, festivals, community events and fundraisers. If you enjoy fast-paced live-event work, hands-on food truck service and being part of an energetic team that represents a growing brand, this role is a perfect fit.

What You Will Do: Load in, set up, operate and tear down our mobile food truck station at sports games, festivals and fundraising events

Operate service equipment, prepare and serve our signature popcorn and manage high-volume customer flow

Engage with event attendees while delivering outstanding customer service and a friendly, professional brand presence

Stock supplies, maintain cleanliness and uphold all health and safety standards

Handle cash and card transactions accurately and support closing procedures and sales reporting

Travel to event sites across Arizona and work variable hours including some mornings, late nights and weekends

Care for equipment and company property and report any issues or supply needs promptly

What We Are Looking For: Experience in live-event food service, mobile catering, food truck operations, festival concessions or quick-service hospitality. (feel free to apply if you have a great attitude and enjoy a fast paced work enviorment, we can train and get you up to speed on the rest)

Strong customer service skills and comfort working in energetic, fast-paced environments

Ability to stand for long periods, lift and move products and work in mobile or outdoor conditions

Reliable, punctual and professional in appearance and attitude

Available during weekends, nights, holidays and peak event seasons

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel statewide

Nice to Have: Direct food truck or mobile kitchen experience

Experience producing popcorn or working in snack-food service

Previous festival, event staffing or concession stand experience
