About Us: Cactus Corn is an Arizona-based premium popcorn brand on a mission to become an iconic Arizona favorite. We partner with major sports teams, festivals and fundraising events. If you enjoy fast-paced live-event work, hands-on food truck service and being part of an energetic team representing a growing brand, this is the role for you.

What You Will Do:

Load in, set up, run and tear down our mobile food-truck station at live events such as sports games, festivals and fundraisers

Operate service equipment, produce and serve our signature popcorn and snacks, manage high-volume customer flow

Engage directly with event attendees providing outstanding customer service while representing the brand professionally

Stock, maintain and clean the mobile kitchen and ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Handle cash and card transactions, assist with closing procedures and sales reporting after each event

Travel to event sites across Arizona and be ready for early starts, late finishes and variable hours

Maintain equipment and company property and report any issues or supply needs promptly

What We Are Looking For:

 Experience in live-event food service, mobile catering, food-truck service or festival/venue concessions or quick service hospitality experience 

Strong customer service skills and comfort working in high-energy, fast-paced environments

Physically able to stand for long periods, lift and move product and supplies, and work in mobile/outdoor conditions

Reliable, punctual, with professional appearance and attitude; brand image matters

Available to work weekends, nights and early mornings as event schedules demand

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Arizona

Nice to Have:

Direct food-truck or mobile kitchen experience

Experience with popcorn production or snack-food service

Prior event staffing, festival or concession stand experience
