Cactus Corn, Arizona’s original craft popcorn company since 1998, is growing and looking for a Food Truck & Concessions Coordinator/Manager to join our team. We’re a family-owned business with a big mission: to become an iconic Arizona brand. You’ve probably already seen (and smelled!) our kettle corn at Chase Field with the Arizona Diamondbacks, State Farm Stadium with the Cardinals, Talking Stick Amphitheater, Phoenix Convention Center, WestWorld of Scottsdale, and AJ’s Fine Foods. Now, you can be part of the crew that keeps the good times poppin’ at the Valley’s top events and festivals!

What You’ll Do

• Organize, Load and Clean the Truck trailers based on menu and following checklists.

• Run the Show at Events: Set up, operate, and break down our food truck and concession units at major events all across Phoenix and beyond.

• Keep Us Stocked: Manage inventory of our craft flavors, kettle corn, and supplies so we’re always ready for crowds.

• Drive & Deliver: Safely transport trailers and equipment to event sites and return them in tip-top shape.

• Be the Fix-It Pro: Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to keep everything running smoothly.

• Lead & Support: Work alongside teammates to ensure operations are efficient, fun, and professional.

What We’re Looking For

• Food Truck/Concession Experience: Helpful, but not required—we’ll train the right person.

• Driving Know-How: Valid driver’s license; experience with trucks/trailers is a big plus.

• Strength & Endurance: Comfortably lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet during busy shifts.

• Problem Solver: Quick thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Team Player: Friendly, dependable, and always ready to pitch in.
