House Cleaner
About the Role
As a House Cleaner with The Perfectionist in Phoenix, AZ, you’ll support residential clients by delivering dependable, detail-oriented cleaning services that help homes look and feel their best. You’ll work as part of a team focused on quality, professionalism, and respectful service.
Success in this role means completing assigned cleaning tasks thoroughly and on schedule, communicating clearly with your team, and taking pride in every home you service—no matter your experience level.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, including fixtures, countertops, and high-touch areas.
- Wipe down surfaces and complete room-by-room cleaning according to an established checklist.
- Manage supplies and tools efficiently to ensure jobs are completed to standard.
- Spot and address visible cleaning needs while maintaining a consistent attention to detail.
- Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning products responsibly.
- Maintain a respectful, professional presence in clients’ homes.
- Report completed work and any issues or special requests to the team.
- Keep work areas organized and ensure equipment is stored properly.
- Arrive on time and work reliably to support full-time scheduling needs.
Requirements
- No experience needed—training and support are available.
- Bilingual skills are a plus (English/Spanish or other languages welcome).
- Driver’s license is a plus but not necessary.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Friendly, respectful communication and a customer-focused mindset.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to follow cleaning procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic comfort with using common tools and cleaning equipment.
