Childcare Program Teacher- Lead and Assistants

Early Start Childcare is seeking dependable, caring, and motivated Toddler and Preschool Teachers to join our team. Teachers will provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment while supporting children’s learning, development, and daily routines.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and engage children throughout the day

• Assist with daily classroom routines and learning activities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom

• Communicate professionally with families and coworkers

• Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies

Applicants must be reliable, punctual, professional, and willing to complete required training and background checks. Childcare experience and Early Childhood Education credentials are preferred.
