Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

The following are helpful but not required:

Previous customer service experience
Previous optical, optometry, healthcare, or customer service experience
Experience assisting patients with frame selection and lens options
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and patient-focused personality
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with measurements, numbers, and basic computer systems
Ability to explain products and recommendations clearly
Sales experience with a service-focused approach
Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
ABO certification or optical training is a plus, but not required

Candidates do not need to meet all of these preferred qualifications to apply.

Pay Range: minimum $14.00 per hour; final pay is based on relevant experience and qualifications
