Manager in Training – Retail (Electronics & Appliances)
Ready to grow your career in retail management? We’re looking for motivated leaders to join our Manager in Training program and fast-track into a Store Manager role.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn all aspects of store management (sales, operations, team leadership)
- Coach and motivate sales teams to hit goals
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Oversee daily store operations and merchandising
- Step into a Store Manager role within 3–6 months

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail/sales management a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Goal-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow
- High school diploma or equivalent
Relocation May be required:
- We are looking for individuals who are natural leaders, who would be willing to relocate to the store we feel would match their leadership style best.
- This includes our markets in the Chattanooga and Northern Alabama Market.
Training based in Murfreesboro, TN with relocation to a store location after program completion.
