Electronic Express is looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our growing team!

Our Sales Associates help customers find the right solutions across a wide range of products, including TVs, appliances, computers, mattresses, furniture, and home technology.
Your Earning Potential
- $10/hour base pay
- Average commission of approximately $800 every two weeks
- Top performers earn approximately $3,000+ in commission every two weeks

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a first-class shopping experience
- Guide customers through the sales process and identify their needs
- Recommend products and solutions that fit the customer's needs and budget
- Communicate the value of shopping with Electronic Express
- Build sales by presenting products, financing, protection plans, and other available services
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
- Follow merchandising and inventory standards
- Assist with cashiering, returns, customer financing, and other front-end responsibilities
- Stay current on products, promotions, financing options, and company programs
Qualifications
- Sales or retail experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Ability to learn product features and confidently present solutions
- Full-time and part-time positions available
