About The Bizarre Agency
The Bizarre Agency is a Miami-based face-to-face marketing agency working with recognized brands and nonprofit organizations through live events, promotional activations, and customer engagement campaigns.
We’re looking for outgoing, energetic people to join our Miami team as Brand Ambassadors.
No previous marketing experience is required. We provide training and are primarily looking for candidates who are confident around people, reliable, motivated, and ready to learn.
The Opportunity
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent client campaigns at live events, retail locations, community activations, and other high-traffic locations throughout the Miami area.
Your role will focus on engaging directly with customers, creating positive interactions, explaining client campaigns, and supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness.
This is a fully in-person role and is particularly suited to someone who enjoys meeting new people and working in busy, social environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Represent client brands professionally at events and promotional locations
• Approach and engage with customers face to face
• Create friendly and memorable customer experiences
• Explain products, services, promotions, or nonprofit initiatives
• Answer questions clearly and confidently
• Assist with customer sign-ups, registrations, sales, or fundraising campaigns where applicable
• Gather customer feedback and campaign insights
• Accurately record daily campaign activity and results
• Collaborate with other team members throughout campaigns and events
