Zeta Group Inc. is hiring motivated individuals to join our growing Merrillville team. No retail experience is required—we provide hands-on training, scripts, coaching, and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do

Contact prospective customers by phone and text
Introduce our company and explain available promotions
Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
Follow up with interested customers and existing leads
Confirm upcoming appointments
Answer basic questions and create a positive first impression
Accurately record customer information and appointment details
Meet individual and team appointment goals
Participate in daily training and coaching

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
Positive attitude and dependable work habits
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Able to follow a script while sounding natural
Basic computer and data-entry skills
Willingness to learn and accept coaching
Sales, customer service, call-center, or appointment-setting experience is helpful but not required
